The Group is also in the business of Time Share, Travel Portal, Information Technology & Herbal Products.
PANCARD CLUBS LTD. OFFERS ROOM NIGHTS IN ITS OWN AS WELL AS AFFILIATE’S HOTEL PROPERTIES BY ACCEPTING ADVANCE FROM THE CUSTOMERS THROUGH APPLICATIONS. THE CUSTOMERS CAN USE THEIR ROOM NIGHTS DURING THE TENURE OF THE HOLIDAY OPTIONS. VARIOUS HOLIDAY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMERS WITH OPTIONS SUCH AS FREE ACCIDENTAL DEATH / MEDI-CLAIM AND FREE LIFE COVER FROM LIC.
Unutilized room nights, at the end of the tenure of the Holiday Options, are eligible for surrender. No surrender value shall be payable to those customers who have fully utilized their room nights. PANCARD CLUBS LTD. IS NEITHER A FINANCE COMPANY NOR ITS PRODUCTS ARE DEPOSIT BASED.

Public Notice
This public notice is issued on behalf of Company Pancard Clubs Limited having its Registered office at 111-113 Kalyandas Udyog Bhavan , Near Century Bhavan, Prabhadevi,, Mumbai – 400025.
In accordance with the terms and conditions governing various holiday options viz. Relax , Dezire, Delight, Divinne, Sunrise, New Royal, New Premium, New Regular issued by Company to its various applicants, Company wishes to inform all its applicants that their applications under the various holiday options chosen by them shall be switched over into a new highly flexible and upgraded holiday options of the company.
The company hereby informs that each applicant shall have additional rights to utilise his room nights in multiple ways over a longer tenure of 10 years. The surrender of room night’s clause has been removed and has been replaced with the options granted to each applicant for sale / transfer and for multiple ways of utilisation.
All the applications received by the company with effect from 1st April 2014 shall be switched over into the new and upgraded holiday options as mentioned aforesaid which is a fundamental change in its attribute. In case any applicant/s wishes to have more details about the same then they can visit Company branch offices or write to it on email mentioned hereunder. The complete details of the updated information on the holiday options shall also be available at pclinfo.in too in various regional languages.
Any objections to the above switch over can be addressed on below mentioned address within 7 days of publication of this notice.The applicants may note that no action is required in case they are in agreement with the said switchover. After the expiry of the said 7 days period , the applicant/s shall be deemed to have consented to the said switchover into new holiday options with effect from their original date of their respective application/s.

Public Notice
This is to inform the General public that there were inaccurate and misleading internet blogs/ handouts / notices issued by some miscreants with clear intention to malign the reputation of the Company and pursue their blackmailing tactics, stating that the Holiday option schemes of the Company were approved by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), which were neither approved nor prepared with the consent of the company.
We would like to reiterate that the Company is offering room nights in its own Hotels/Resorts as well as affiliated Hotel properties by accepting advance from the Applicants. The Applicant, who executes the Application for exercising the offer of Room Nights, can use room nights during the tenure mentioned in the Application. Besides the Holiday options, Company also provides free accidental death cover/mediclaim and free life cover from reputed insurance companies. Since the entire business vertical is on providing room nights services, the company is neither a finance company, its products are not deposit based nor fall under collective investment Scheme. For the aforesaid reasons, the Company’s Timeshare business vertical is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999.
The Company, upon bringing to its knowledge by the public, shall take appropriate legal action against any reports of misleading, incorrect/wrongful handouts, notices, communication by any person stating that the Timeshare Room Nights offer of the Company is approved and Registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999.

We, Pancard Clubs Limited disown the said blogs and its contents and would like to intimate the public at large that the company has taken necessary action against both the persons for their unauthorized acts. If any person has opted for any holiday option of the company based on the contents of the blog and, if they are not willing to continue the said holiday options then they can write / email to the company about their intention to discontinue at addresses mentioned below. On receipts of such requests, the company shall take appropriate action.
